The software cannot connect via Bluetooth

The Engraving effect is poor, and the laser intensity is insufficient.

Adjust the focus. Laser intensity, DPI, and dot duration need to be adjusted according to different materials.

The Laser light is red and cannot work.

1. Ensure the device’s power cable is connected to the left Type-C port

2. Try rotating the red emergency stop button to reset

3. Note the child lock: Plugging in the USB port activates normal operation; unplugging the USB cable locks the machine
