My smartphone screen turned off underwater and I couldn’t turn it back on, why?

Please set up your phone before use: On iPhone, enable “Raise to Wake.” On Android, disable “Mistouch Prevention” and set screen timeout to “Never.” If not available, use apps like “Keep Screen On” or “Wakey” to keep the screen active underwater.

What’s the bubble in the touchscreen membrane?

The bubble is a few air dissolved into liquid during the production, it could be appear under a certain pressure, and dissolve again back to the liquid if you go to low altitude area. The bubbles won’t affect your operation and waterproof of housing.

Why is my phone stuck in the housing?

Hydrogel protectors may stick to the inner membrane, and thick glass ones reduce touch sensitivity. We recommend removing screen protectors before use. If your phone gets stuck, use the included card to gently remove it—it’s made for this purpose.

Why the touchscreen needs firm, deliberate pressure, is it normal?

The flexible membrane between your phone and the protective layer requires more force than normal screen touches. Button presses take a bit more pressure, which is normal. Use AssistiveTouch or simple taps will works better than swiping.
