Not worth it
This is a piece of junk that is to much work to return. Part construction is poorly managed. On mine, I can’t even get past step 3 because bolt holes don’t align.

    I absolutely love this rack. I was apprehensive about buying a weight rack from Amazon at this price point, but I have not been disappointed. It was not difficult to assemble. I did the majority of it alone and only needed assistance a couple of times when installing the top bars. It is very sturdy even when racking 3-400 pounds or doing pull ups.

    It has every attachment you need to get started. Maybe not every one you want, but plenty to work with. I was really worried the cable system would be terrible, but it works great. It is very smooth. I do keep everything wiped down with a silicone lubricant. For the money this is a great buy. I would recommend it.

    Great with some minor fallbacks. I will say the attachments don’t feel the highest of qualities but for the price it’s pretty good, as well as the built in storage situation for the attachments is a tad awkward for like the lat bar. The pulleys feel pretty good, and the assembly process isn’t as bad as people think, just make sure to give some wiggle room and not tighten all the way while putting it together and you should be good. It’s pretty well sized for my smaller 10ft garage, and provides good room to get around it. I will say it does wiggle a little bit, but for my situation I cannot store weight plates on the back where it has spots for it, so if you have space to do so, it might counter the wiggling.

    For the price, it’s pretty dang good overall, I’ve had some great workouts on it thus far.

    If you’re a home gym type of person this thing is perfect. I had alot of weights already so I didn’t have to buy any, so be aware you will have to buy your own weights but this thing comes with a lot of attachments and is very sturdy . Take a bit of time to set up not crazy about it coming in 3 boxes but I really have no other complains .

    This power cage is great. Assembly was easy, and it comes with awesome accessories. With this cage you can go super heavy squats, bench. You can also do isolation movements galore. Overall great purchase, highly recommended!

    I would buy a different one. First off the the chains directly supporting the weight are so light and thin and presumably aluminum and after loading weight on it I personally wouldn’t trust anything over 90 lbs on it. And if the chain were to snap you’re out of luck because there are no spares included in the kit. In fact there and no spares of anything. Not even one spare bolt or washer. Any other issue is with the seat that attaches to the safety bar for left pull downs and such, there is no bar to go over your knees so there’s no possible way to use any weight close to your body weight. My main issue with the whole thing is the pole which the weight travels along. The fitting for the piece holding the weight and the pole is so tight I could barely get it on and it literally just rubs against each other. There is so much friction that the mechanical tension throughout any movement fluctuates dramatically and it isn’t optimal for any form of training. For example, you have to overcome the force of the weights and the force of the friction which I found makes me reach failure way faster than I normally would and not in a good way. And on the eccentric the friction takes a large portion of the weight off making it feel light. Keep in mind that you’ll have to perfectly split your weight between the two prongs where the weight sits or it pulls one side into the pull making the friction even worse and basically unusable.
