Tom Ford’s fall-winter 2026 campaign proves that getting dressed can double as a personality test. Creative director Haider Ackermann continues his exploration of seduction, casting models including Liu Wen, Aluel Makuach, and Malick Bodian.
They each appear as characters, each one carrying a story in the way they stand, dress, and look back at the camera. Photographer Stuart Winecoff shoots the campaign against a clinical white backdrop under hard, unforgiving light.
Stripped of distraction, the focus lands squarely on age, attitude, and body language. The clothes carry that same tension. One image spotlights a sculptural white sleeveless piece with its oversized pointed collar and long tie-like panels covered in precise, unfussy Tom Ford tailoring.

Tailoring threads through the entire story. Models Aluel Makuach and Malick Bodian share the frame in sharp suiting. It’s Ackermann’s clearest statement on how fashion can own the frame.
Elsewhere, a pale blue pinstripe layer meets an animal-print collar and a dark tie, an unexpected pairing that pulls classic menswear somewhere more provocative. Sheer black stockings and a pointed stiletto cut through the frame.
