The H&M Studio fall-winter 2026 collection builds a power silhouette from strong shoulders and sharply defined waists. Tailoring leads, with exaggerated proportions, sensual layers, and even a little drama.
Inspiration for the season comes from 1990s black-and-white fashion photography, where masculine structure met soft femininity. That tension runs through every piece. Sculpted shoulders frame hourglass waists, and heavyweight wool sits alongside sheer fabrics, lace, sequins, and lingerie-inspired details.

The H&M images bring the contrasts into focus. A glossy black leather jacket meets sparkling lace. Oversized outerwear arrives with plush faux fur collars. Charcoal tailoring pairs sculpted shoulders with narrow waists, while wide-leg trousers add volume below.
Soft ivory dresses, chunky knits, pointed pumps, slinky camisoles, and delicate lace panels ease the sharper lines. The palette stays moody in black, charcoal, taupe, and sienna, lifted by off-white and sunset pink. Pinstripes add a classic menswear note to the season.
