If you love nitro drinks, this is the kitchen appliance for you

XBREW has launched EverNitro, a countertop appliance that generates nitrogen directly from the air, eliminating the disposable cartridges that have been a persistent drawback of home nitro drink machines.

Revealed at Beyond Expo 2026, the device extracts up to 95% pure nitrogen from the surrounding atmosphere using pressure swing adsorption (PSA) molecular sieve technology – the same process found in medical oxygen generation and commercial food preservation. Twin molecular sieves work in rotation, allowing continuous output without interruption.

The cartridge-free design is the main point of difference from existing home nitro products, which typically require ongoing purchases of single-use steel cartridges.

Two infusion modes are available via a digital control panel: Fast Mode delivers 78% purity nitrogen in 25 seconds, while High-Purity Mode reaches 90–95% purity in 60 seconds for denser foam and a smoother finish across cold brew, cocktails, matcha, and beer.

The Pro variant extends the machine’s nitrogen supply to two additional functions – whipping fresh cream under pressurised nitrogen, and preserving coffee beans, tea leaves, and syrups by displacing oxygen in a dedicated storage jar, a method XBREW says outperforms vacuum-based alternatives at slowing oxidation.

The EverNitro launched on Kickstarter, where the campaign raised $590,812 from 1,760 backers against a $5,000 goal. The EverNitro Lite pledged at $269 and the EverNitro Pro at $299, both with an estimated delivery date of February 2026.
