Dior’s Ribbon Sneakers Make Sporty Style Feel Pretty

Dior just turned the retro sneaker into something contemporary. The new Dior Ribbon sneaker collection, designed by Jonathan Anderson, takes house history and loosens it into an easy, vintage-tinged shape.

Ever Anderson fronts the campaign, and she gives the shoes a dreamy, cool-girl ease. The images stay close and unhurried: styling caught in detail, sunlit steps, poses with nothing to prove. The sneakers read as personal rather than precious.

The shoe itself layers technical fabric, suede, cotton, and leather into something textured but light. Along each side, signature Dior ribbons nod to the J’Adior design, turning the usual sneaker stripe into a graphic, feminine line. The Dior name surfaces on the tongue, heel, insole, and ribbons, while the sole carries the house’s Cannage motif.

The styling runs on contrast for the campaign imagery. Cream and beige pairs go with loose denim, ribbed socks, and soft tailoring. A black pair anchors a flowing printed dress. A pink version peeks out from under dark trousers. It’s Dior with a wink and built for the sidewalk.

Its Ribbon sneaker is one side of Dior right now. See where the house goes next in its pre-fall 2026 campaign.
