Zara Gets Cinematic With Luca Guadagnino

Zara teams up with designer Stefano Baisi and filmmaker Luca Guadagnino on Atlas of Desire, a collaboration spanning home decor and apparel. Together, they build a dreamy domestic world. Objects set the mood and the clothes give that vision a fashionable platform.

The concept is shaped by desire, memory, and the emotional pull of the things we choose to live with. Each object has its own name, from Purkersdorf and Nape to Ophiuchi, Blinking, and Sacred Spring. The wardrobe picks up the same thread, with styling that focuses on personalization.

David Sims photographs Mica Argañaraz, Jacqui Hooper, Athiec Geng, Douta Sidibe, Iben Seynaeve, Bai Ruien, Takfarines Bengana, and Roman Lenoir, with Robbie Spencer on styling. Warm interiors wrap around oversized tailoring, silky shirts, graphic tops, striped knits, and dresses that catch the light.

Contrast drives the strongest looks. Black jackets carry tiny floral details, wide trousers loosen the mood, and long scarves pull movement through each frame. Elsewhere, sequins, soft draping, and barely buttoned shirts tip the Zara collection into more sensual territory.
