What should i do if the shock function doesn’t work?

Make sure the shock function has not been locked, press the knob button to unlock itPut the test light on the prongs, make sure the wire is connected with the 2 prongs, then press the shock button if the test light lights up, it means the shock works.Make sure the collar is worn correctly, the prong has good contact with the dog’s skin, and won’t cause irritation to the dog’s skin

Can my dog wear this electric training collar all day?

It’s recommended not to have your dog wear the t30 e-collar for more than 8 hours a day, and to reposition the collar every 2 hours to avoid skin irritation.
