Begin by identifying the white air plug already inserted in the pumping hole of the pilates ball.

Remove the Air Plug

Carefully remove the plug to open the way for inflation.

Inflate Efficiently

Insert the tip of the pump and inflate the ball to desired size (pump included in the package).

Seal the Air Plug

Immediately after inflation, reinsert the air plug firmly to seal the air inside and maintain optimal pressure.
