This ball is really a life saver. I used the biggest ball 33.5 D x 17.7 H for office chair. I can move around to shift the pressure on my spine to different muscles groups. There is a hole in the center. I can locate my spine at that hole to shift the pressure to legs. It resolved my leg numbness after sitting long for work. Every time, I feel numb. I just move my butt and then, I can continue working. Thank you for creating this ball. Thank you.

Bigger than I thought, but my students love it! Good quality for the money. Durable for my students! Came with everything needed to assemble and it was quick and easy!

Update: the therapist is now got me doing exercises that causes this thing to slide too much on my carpet at home. Maybe should have spent the extra money on what they use at the clinic. But truthfully, this is a quality item; it's just not working for what I need it for.

Was hoping it wouldn't slide on the carpet but it does. It's not real bad though. Seems to be made of good quality material and it's thick. I suspect it could survive some pretty descent rough housing and blows. I've been using it for about a week now for therapy. Seems to be everything the ad claims. No issues with seller or delivery.

I got this gem for my son you seems to always have ants in his pants. This inflatable donut is wonderful for him. It only took a few minutes to inflate it with the included hand pump, while he waited intensely. Once it was inflated, he quickly placed his energetic behind upon its green rubbery surface and was almost launched into orbit. Ok, ok, he didn’t make it to space but he did get some height and, by the sounds that left his excited face as his body briefly sat upon it before being bounced off, was hilarious. Many hours of sitting, bouncing, rolling, squatting, squeezing, jumping, sliding and laying upon it have made it well worth the purchase. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a yoga ball to sit on at my desk and table and found this one.
This has a stable sitting shape, making it easy to balance when sitting and suitable for long hours at a desk work.
Even with the use of back pain relief cushions, sitting for long periods of time causes preexisting back and leg joint pain. But thanks to this, I can work comfortably at my desk.
I bought the smallest 17.7”x9.8". It is a convenient size for use at work or home.
Hopefully, there is a smaller size that is portable enough to be used on airplanes, buses, and trains.

This ball is fantastic for my daughter who struggles to sit still. She loves it and sits on it when watching TV, uses it as a desk chair and just plain loves playing with it. It's a good size for her, (She's 4.5) but I thought it seemed quite a bit smaller than I was expecting, so I measured it. I inflated it as full as I could get it, and it only measures aprox 23" across and about 14-15" tall. Definitely not 33" across! It works ok for what we need it for anyway, but if you need it to be an exact size, then you may be disappointed. Also, in the paperwork included it says to replace the ball once a year… which seems like a bit of a short lifespan to me.
