terrible design, impossible to use

terrible design, impossible to use
terrible design. i cannot lower the seat any further than 4, setting it to 3 would cause it to hit the flywheel causing it to scrape it. theres also a cable i have to connect that would run very high and would be a potential safety risk especially when youre tired and have little strength left in your legs. it also came with damage, ridiculous that i cant lower the seat.. stay away from this product.

Solid exercise bike for the money

There is a lot to like about this exercise bike, especially since it was on sale for half price. I would recommend it highly. The positives, it is very sturdy, unbelievably quiet (like silent). The wheels on the front are nice and make it easy to move when not in use. The monitor gives basic information, nothing elaborate, but fine for my purposes. The customer support is outstanding. I emailed them with a few questions, and they answered same day. We had a few back and forth messages, and they were always prompt. For all those reasons, I wanted to give 5 stars, but took off 1 for the following reasons. The timer (stopwatch) function is very inaccurate. I couldn't believe this at first, but I compared it to both my watch and my phone stopwatches, and in about 20 minutes riding, it was high by about 1 minute 30 seconds. Also, the manual has no instructions for changing distance units, mine came in metric, and it took a lot of research to figure it out (not intuitive). Thirdly, the description says it has "app connectivity". It does not, no blue tooth, and no way to connect to an exterior device.

I bought this exercise bike for my husband because we wanted him to start exercising more and taking better care of his health, and it has been a great investment. The bike feels stable and sturdy, and the seat is comfortable and easy to adjust. Plus, it takes up very little space and is perfect for home use, so there's no need to go to the gym.
My husband likes it because he can work out at his own pace while listening to music or watching videos on his phone. The pedaling is smooth, and the monitor helps track basic workout stats.
So far, we are very happy with the purchase. I recommend it to anyone looking to stay active and improve their fitness from the comfort of their home. 🚴‍♂️💪❤️

Easy assembly, quiet, and not bad for the price. A few pointers. Install the 2 aaa batteries before mounting. This is done by removing the 4 recessed Phillips screws, not the 4 allens you installed in the last steps. There was a coiled wire taped to the side of the bike, which I had to run up to the handlebars and plug in where the batteries go as well. Once you see where the batteries go, you will see where the wire is that the plug goes to as well. I believe it reads the speed from the wheel. To set from kph to mph, hold down the mode button for about 10 seconds. It will reset once or twice, but eventually you'll see an M on the bottom right, instead of a K. Make sure to peel the blue film off the hand grip, or your pulse reading will not work. Happy riding!

The product arrived on time, which speaks well for the company shipping department. But there's a chipped plastic cover thats been secured to the rear base that prevents it's safety bar from being installed.
The openings for the rear foot screws were also made too large for said screws.
The tablet holder placement is also questionable, as the bike monitor gets in the way, but this isn't as big an issue as the uncomfortable seat.
