Q2: Is the cover removable?

A: Yes, the outer dark gray plush cover is removable for cleaning or replacement. You can use a replacement cover as long as the size fits correctly, but we do not recommend using an overly thick cover to avoid affecting heat distribution.

Q3: What is the maximum temperature?

A: The maximum temperature reaches 141°F (approximately 61°C). However, most household pets do not require such a high temperature during winter. The 141°F setting is generally intended for special care needs or emergency situations, and we recommend consulting a veterinarian before use.

Q4: Is it safe for puppies?

A: Our pet heating pad is designed with safety in mind. A temperature range of 86°F to 91°F (about 30°C to 33°C) is comfortable and suitable for puppies in indoor environments. Also, this mat is designed to heat up fully only when your pet lays on it and applies pressure with its body weight. A brief touch from your hand won’t trigger the full heating effect. The best way to test it is by letting your pet lie on the mat. If your pet is happy and comfortable resting on it, that means the temperature is just right!
