► Q: My furry baby hates noise, is the bell on this collar removable?

A: Yes, you could use small tools like needle nose pliers, wire snips etc to remove the bell. But the bell is sort of decoration for the collar and we do not recommend removing it. If you just don’t like the noise it makes, there is a better solution: put a small piece of scrap cloth, plastic paper, etc. into the bell through the gap to prevent the metal ball inside from rolling, then the bell will no longer make noise.

► Q: Is the bow on this collar removable?

A: No, the bow is not removable, but it’s so cute!

► Q: What is “breakaway buckle”, why dose the collar use it?

A: You may have seen breakaway collars referred to as “safety” or “quick release” collars, since they are specifically designed to automatically open / unclasp when pulled or tugged on with a sufficient amount of force.
