Matthieu Blazy just planted Chanel’s flag in the middle of New York City for the brand’s pre-fall 2026 campaign. Featuring the Métiers d’art 2026 collection, it arrives with a jolt of energy, shot by photographer Craig McDean across the city’s most unmistakable settings.
There are yellow cabs, diner kitchens, and a newsstand packed with Superman comics. There is also the Hudson River waterfront with One World Trade rising behind it. That tension is entirely the point.
Chanel Pre-Fall 2026 Campaign

Blazy draws inspiration from the collision between everyday life and extraordinary Chanel craft. It’s the kind of savoir-faire only the House’s Maisons d’art artisans can deliver. The looks are electric.

A glittering tiger-stripe dress blazes against the Manhattan skyline. Then a feather-trimmed leopard print skirt sweeps past neon-lit storefronts. A belted camel quilted coat slips through a teal-tiled diner kitchen.

Voluminous tartan fills a taxi roof as a model poses barefoot. And a Superman knit gets layers under a plaid blazer.
Models Anok Yai, Julia Nobis, Anne Vyalitsyna, Josephen Akuei, Riley Lusher, Feng Jiao Long, Penelope Ternes, Bhavitha Mandava, and Jesi Evans round out the cast.
There’s another side to Chanel’s 2026 story, and it involves sun, sand, and swimwear. Coco Beach 2026 is waiting.
