Apple has added eight new third-party products to its online and retail stores, including Aqara’s Thermostat Hub W200 and Climate Sensor W100. The thermostat is particularly notable for its support for Apple Home features such as Adaptive Temperature and Clean Energy Guidance.
Aqara first unveiled the Thermostat Hub W200 at CES 2026 before launching it in April. It now joins Apple’s growing selection of smart home accessories, giving users another option for controlling their heating through the Apple Home ecosystem.
The Thermostat Hub W200 costs $169.95 through Apple, which is $10 more than its current Amazon price. Still, its arrival in Apple’s stores could make it an appealing option for anyone with Apple credit or who prefers to buy their smart home gear directly from Apple.
The thermostat’s Apple Home integration is one of its biggest selling points. Alongside standard smart heating controls, it supports Apple’s Adaptive Temperature feature and Clean Energy Guidance through the Apple Home app.
Apple also sells the considerably more expensive ecobee Smart Thermostat Premium, which includes built-in Siri support and works with HomeKit rather than HomeKit over Matter. Aqara’s thermostat therefore offers an alternative for Apple Home users who want these newer temperature and energy-management features without stepping up to ecobee’s pricier option.
The Thermostat Hub W200 isn’t the only Aqara product arriving at Apple. The retailer is also now selling the Aqara Climate Sensor W100, adding another way to monitor conditions around the home.
The remaining six additions aren’t smart home products, but they expand Apple’s wider third-party accessory selection. They include the Nimble Powerstack Charger/Battery System, three Herschel Cloudform products for MacBook users, the CalDigit Thunderbolt 5 (USB-C) Pro Cable and Logitech Spotlight 2 Presentation Remote.
For Apple Home users, though, the Aqara additions are arguably the most interesting part of the update. Having the Thermostat Hub W200 available directly through Apple makes it easier to find alongside other Home-compatible products, while its Adaptive Temperature and Clean Energy Guidance support gives it a couple of useful features beyond basic heating control.
